Louis Katz founded Technolene in 2002 on a simple belief: small business owners deserve the same quality of IT support as large corporations, delivered in plain English, without the runaround. Over two decades, serving businesses from West LA to Palm Springs, Louis built something rare in the IT industry: a reputation for genuine trust, personal service, and showing up when it mattered most.
In 2024, Allen Kreger acquired Technolene, rebranded it as Technolene Solutions, and moved it to Redlands, in the heart of the Inland Empire. He brings more than 25 years of enterprise IT leadership to the business Louis built. The name is new. The commitment isn’t. Technolene Solutions exists for one reason: to give Inland Empire businesses the kind of proactive, reliable, plain-English IT support that lets them focus on what they do best.
