I’ve managed teams of up to 88 people, budgets of up to $8M, and technology environments that had to work perfectly, every single day.

Technolene was founded in 2009 by Louis Katz, a technologist who believed that small business owners deserved the same quality of IT support as large corporations — delivered in plain English, without the runaround. Over 15 years Louis built something rare in the IT industry: a reputation for genuine trust, personal service, and showing up when it mattered most.
In 2024 Allen Kreger acquired Technolene and rebranded it as Technolene Solutions — bringing over 25 years of enterprise IT leadership to the business Louis built. The name is new. The commitment isn’t. Technolene Solutions exists for one reason: to give Inland Empire businesses the kind of proactive, reliable, plain-English IT support that lets them focus on what they do best.
